#legspassedaway upper body day so we did the usual bench press (with bands), but because I'm going away for a week, I got a special workout! - double unders (I finished 100 under 2 min, but kept tripping. Will I ever do 100 in a row one day?) - ladder of 35kg squats and burpees - ladder of wall balls and KB swings (30+5, 25+10, 20+15, 15+20, 10+25, 5+30)
- AMRAP 20 min of 100m 50kg prowler and 20 wall balls
